Data dan Outlook Kebutuhan Energi di Sektor Industri 2015-2050 (minyak bumi, gas, batubara, energi terbarukan, listrik) ini dimulai dengan dengan pemaparan outlook ekonomi Indonesia 2017 pada halaman 2-4. Perekonomian Indonesia pada 2017 diestimasi tumbuh 5,1% dengan sejumlah tantangan baik dari dalam maupun luar negeri seperti kesenjangan infrastruktur antar daerah serta perlambatan perekonomian China. Pada halaman 5, ditampilkan tren pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional periode 2015-2017, beserta sejumlah komponen utama seperti target nilai tukar rupiah, inflasi, dan lifting migas.

Pada halaman 6 ditampilkan highlight kondisi energi di Indonesia. Ketergantungan bahan bakar fosil masing tinggi. Bauran energi di Indonesia dapat diklasifikasi minyak bumi (46%), batubara (26%), gas bumi (23%), serta energi baru dan terbarukan (EBT) (5%).

Pada halaman 7 dijabarkan kondisi konsumsi listrik per kapita di Indonesia dibandingkan dengan negara-negara ASEAN. Konsumsi listrik per kapita di Indonesia lebih rendah dibanding Singapura, Malaysia, Thailand, dan Vietnam. Dilanjutkan dengan pembahasan energi sebagai modal pembangunan negara pada halaman 8-10.

Potensi minyak mentah Indonesia 2015-2050 ditampilkan pada halaman 11, disusul potensi produksi batubara Indonesia 2015-2050 ditampilkan pada halaman 12. Potensi batubara Indonesia 2015-2050 itu dilengkapi dengan porsi ekspor, dan porsi domestik terutama untuk kebutuhan industri, pembangkit, dan gasifikasi.

Sedangkan komparasi rasio elektrifikasi Indonesia per daerah ditampilkan pada halaman 40, lengkap dengan tren nasional periode 2010-2019. Terdapat empat daerah di Indonesia yang rasio elektrifikasi-nya di bawah 70%.

Pada halaman 41, ditampilkan infografis sistem kelistrikan nasional dengan data kapasitas terpasang tiap daerah, status pasokan listrik per daerah, serta cadangan pasokan listrik per daerah dan secara nasional. Data tersebut dilengkapi dengan proyeksi kebutuhan listrik, konsumsi listrik, elastisitas, kebutuhan tambahan kapasitas periode 2015-2034. (halaman 42)

Selanjutnya, pada halaman 43 ditampilkan kebutuhan pengembangan pasokan listrik periode 2015-2034 dibagi sistem non-PLN, independent power producer (IPP), PLN dan PLN system, serta total kebutuhan tambahan. Pada halaman 44 ditampilkan bauran energi primer dan bauran energi pembangkit listrik dengan patokan realisasi 2013-2014 dan target 2025.

Pada halaman 46, dipaparkan proyeksi kebutuhan tenaga listrik 2016-2025 per pulau di Indonesia. Pada halaman 49-50, ditampilkan porsi tambahan kapasitas pembangkit per jenis pembangkit 2015-2025. Tren kebutuhan tambahan jaringan dan trafo distribusi periode 2016-2025 dipaparkan dalam infografis yang menarik pada halaman 52. Sedangkan kebutuhan investasi dari mulai distribusi, penyaluran, dan pembangkit periode 2016-2025 dipaparkan pada halaman 53. Data and Outlook of energy consumption in the industrial sector 2015-2050 (oil, gas, coal, renewable energy, electricity) was released in February 2017 shows data, outlook, projections, estimates, and trends in the Indonesian energy production and energy requirements in the industrial sector period 2015-2050.
